Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, who sees it and the choices you have.

Who we are

Page One Calls provides exclusive service-business leads, Google profile and website setup, and managed Google Ads and Local Services Ads to businesses across the United States and Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.

It applies to this website, to the forms on it, to calls and texts with us, and to the lead services we deliver to our customers.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the site and deliver leads.

  • Details you give us: your name, business name, industry, phone number, email address and service area when you fill in a form, call us or write to us.
  • Call and lead details: when a customer calls a tracking number we provide, we log call details such as the caller's number, the number dialed, call length and the service requested. We pass those details to the business that earned the lead.
  • Technical data: browser type, device, pages viewed and referring page, collected through cookies and similar tools.
  • Messages: the content of emails, texts and form messages you send us.

How we use information

  • To reply to your request and check whether your market is open.
  • To set up, run and report on your service, including your website, Google profile and ads.
  • To deliver, track and credit leads, including spam, wrong numbers, repeat callers and out-of-area calls.
  • To send service messages about your service and, where the law allows, marketing messages you can stop at any point.
  • To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and improve how the site works.
  • To meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only as follows:

  • With the business that earned a lead, so it can return the customer's call.
  • With service providers that help us run the site, host forms, track calls, send messages and manage advertising accounts. They may use the information only to provide those services to us.
  • With advertising platforms such as Google, to run and measure the campaigns we manage for our customers.
  • With professional advisers, regulators or courts when the law requires it.
  • With a buyer or successor if our business is reorganized or transferred.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar tools to remember your settings, measure how the site is used and measure our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may change how parts of the site work.

Some browsers send a Global Privacy Control signal. We treat that signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide our services, resolve disputes, keep required business records and meet legal duties. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove what identifies you.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, including California and other US states and the Canadian provinces, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy.
  • Correct information that is wrong.
  • Ask us to delete your information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell it.
  • Withdraw consent to marketing messages. Reply STOP to a text or use the unsubscribe link in an email.
  • Not be treated differently for using these rights.

To use a right, email us at the address below. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on a request.

How we protect it

We use access controls, encrypted connections and trusted providers to protect personal information. No method of storage or transfer is fully secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not meant for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Where information is processed

We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. When we do, we take steps to protect it as this policy describes.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we post the revised version on this page. If a change is material, we will tell you in a clear way.
